NOTE: When buying a mix of formats, figure the rate by starting with the
item with the highest first piece cost, then highest second piece,
etc. EXAMPLE: The postage when buying one video, one CD and one
cassette would be $5.00 ($3.50 for video/first piece, $1.00 for
CD/second piece and .50 for cassette/third piece.

INSURANCE
Even though 99.9% of our shipments arrive at their destination,
a couple haven't. Unfortunately, we can not assume responsibility
for packages lost in the mail. We encourage you to use insurance.
RATES: $0.01-50.00 = .80; $50.01-100.00 = $1.70; $100.00-200.00 = $2.50;
$200.01-300.00 = $3.60.
NOTE: Insurance is automatically added to credit card orders over $50.00.

EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged provided the items are in original condition when returned.

DELIVERY
Orders are shipped immediately on items in stock. Orders with out of state checks will take 1-2 weeks for check clearance. Contact us for delivery information on Special Orders.
